Our dedicated staff, several of whom have worked with Dr. Michelow for nearly a decade, are committed to providing you with compassionate and professional care.

	Cheryl Hummer Office Manager/Patient Coordinator. Cheryl keeps our office running smoothly. With nearly a decade of experience working with cosmetic and reconstructive patients, Cheryl is here to assist you in every possible way—from your initial consultation with Dr. Michelow to the day of your surgery and thereafter until you have fully recovered. Our patients have often commented on Cheryl's knowledge, compassion and efficiency.
	Molly Enders, MS, L.Ac. Molly Enders has a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to practice both acupuncture and Chinese herbs, and a licensed acupuncturist by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Molly Enders first became interested in Chinese medicine through her training in tai chi. However, it was during her own pregnancy that she was able to experience the benefits of acupuncture first-hand in the treatment of her first-trimester migraines. Since that time it has been her goal to be able to pass the gift acupuncture provided her along to others. Molly has experience treating a variety of disorders, specializing in the treatment of pain and women's health, including the treatment of infertility and disorders arising during pregnancy. She is also certified in acupuncture facial rejuvenation.
	Jennifer Hummer STNA, RPT Jennifer, our registered medical assistant brings compassion and enthusiasm to our office. She has been involved in the medical field for nine years. Jennifer began her career in an internal medical office, and then spent several years assisting patients in a surgical practice prior to joining Contemporary Cosmetic Surgery. The caring mother of two, Jennifer thrives on making your visit to our office as comfortable as possible.
	Karli Mohr Licensed aesthetician is passionate about skincare. Karli brings knowledge and experience to treating skin with microdermabrasion. Her goal is to assist all our patients with a variety of skincare needs and to put them at ease.
	Gena O'Neill Aesthetician. Gena's passion is skin care. She has been involved in the medical aspect of skin care from the very beginnings of her career, ten years ago, when she began treating adult and adolescent acne. In addition to helping you develop an "at home program for healthy skin," she is knowledgeable in many areas; such as the use of product to assist in soothing the skin after surgery. Gena also has a background in nutrition and aromatherapy, all of which she incorporates into her individualized treatments.
